I’ve been traversing across Europe for the past few days, visiting all the major locations in each country and city I’ve visited. So far I’ve been in Germany, England, Scotland, Ireland, France and now I’m headed for Alicante in Spain. I took a train en route to Paris from Madrid (it was a long but nice 13 hours) and rented a car in Madrid, drove to Valencia. I’m planning on visiting Alicante next, as it’s not too far from Madrid, looks beautiful, and is right on the east coast of Spain. I looked at some Alicante hotels and found that many of them are perfectly reasonable and still carry 4 or 5 stars, some with excellent views of the Mediterranean. I’m excited about heading there next as Alicante looks to be the perfect beach city with plenty to see and do.
